ABOUT THIS ROLEAs an AV Support Engineer, you will work in tandem with the Audible AV team to uphold system SLAs, and act as the first line of AV support.
You will also advise employees regarding policies, procedures, and management directives regarding AV services and service delivery.
You can expect to be involved from drawing 2D AV documentation of infrastructure, systems and wiring schematics using AutoCAD, to installing, connecting, supporting, and maintaining the growing physical and digital Audio Visual infrastructure at Audible.
There will also be opportunities to coordinate projects with internal teams to drive AV project priorities, assist in scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of AV projects from pre-production to post-production phases.
Post-production activities include managing incoming/outgoing assets, editing, versioning, and upkeep of asset catalog.
As a team, we constantly seek opportunities to improve and streamline our AV processes, maintain and update the internal and user facing documentation for all managed services, and jump in to troubleshoot and resolve computer issues related to Microsoft Office, networking, and video conferencing platforms.

ABOUT THE TEAMAudible's Technical Operations team powers the infrastructure, systems, tools and services to keep Audible running fast, secure, and resilient.
As part of Audible's Technology organization, this group comprises of Information Security, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Corporate Systems, IT Support, and Audio Visual support teams.
Collectively, the Technical Operations team is responsible for enabling operational excellence for employees while delivering secure, scalable, and foundational services for our customers through infrastructure and information technology.
As an AV Support Engineer, you will Install and configure video conferencing and collaboration solutions.
Coordinate Meeting and Live event Resources.
Facilitate and monitor key A/V meetings and events, including live-streams.
Uncover, research and educate the group on the newest technologies.
Help with Post Production AV activities like editing for distribution, catalog and archive.
Track project assignments and adjust personal schedule based on project priorities.
Communicate with Audible AV managers on project status.
Work autonomously to resolve most support issues.
Provide Operational Excellence technical leadership, identifies root causes and implements permanent solutions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
