Responsibilities
Being part of our team gives you lots of opportunities to grow, but with great power also comes great responsibility. Here are some of the primary responsibilities associated with this role:
Build systems for managing communication, paperwork, and day-to-day office activities
Display leadership in designing and completing school-wide projects
Manage family concerns and questions in a prompt and appropriate manner
Manage administrative responsibilities including but not limited to answering phone calls, checking/sending/responding to emails and faxes, preparing and maintaining student files
Must Haves

Love for kids and a desire to build strong relationships with them and their families
Open to feedback and flexible in new and changing situations
Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral), including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to Haves
Three or more years of administrative assistance experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
