Scope of Work
- We have an immediate need for a junior Business Systems Analyst resource to help with AP activities (Oracle AP, OBIEE for AP and PRS test help) for multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Resource will assist Company SME with the following activities:
o Assist with development, execution and documentation of test cycle activities for Oracle AP, iExpense and Company's PRS System.
o Assist with issue resolution and documentation of resolution, including updating AP configuration as required.
o Log and manage lower priority AP Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.
o Update functional specifications and configuration documents as necessary.
Qualifications
- Requirements include:
o 2
years of experience in Oracle Financials Accounts Payable (AP).
o Solid Knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payable Functions and Processes, including configuration.
o Knowledge of Oracle Reporting Tools: OBIEE and Oracle Standard Reports.
o Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Proficient in Test Life Cycle and Associated Tasks:
o Identifying Test Cases.
o Documenting Test Scripts.
o Executing Test Scripts and Documenting Results.
o Logging Test Issues and Facilitating Issue Resolution.
o Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle.
o Good communication skills.
o Must have experience with basic MS Office applications: Word and Excel.
