The Process Engineer will develop and improve upon processes that are lean, effective, and efficient in our challenging custom manufacturing environment. Primary
Responsibilities:
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs;
Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the product and process quality; championing and leading efforts such as 5S, Kaizen Events, and other Lean Six Sigma tools.
Work with Quality and Customer Care teams to analyze any failures, create corrective and preventive action plans to respond to customer complaints
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Job Requirements
Required: BS in Engineering (including statistics, systems analysis, production control, time and motion studies, and simulation). Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
Required: Six-Sigma Certification required, with proven track record of using the DMAIC methodology in problem solving and project delivery.
Previous Manufacturing Process experience in an ISO certified facility is preferred.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Must be highly flexible regarding work schedule and responsibilities
Must be a consummate team player
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
